Our Policies

Dear Valued clients, friends and/or prospective clients,

We hope that this email finds you and your family well, safe and healthy. We are sensitive to the global situation at hand and want to assure you that we are doing all in our power to ensure your homes and workspaces are clean, safe and disinfected.

We at Always Immaculate, Inc. are going to great measures to ensure disinfection. As a former health professional, I understand and value the importance of disinfection, as well as the avoidance of cross contamination. In an effort to maintain the highest standard of our services, we have and will continue to use Lysol and Clorox products on all surfaces, which are the recommended products to protect against the Coronavirus-19. We will also be replacing Mr. Clean (an anti-bacterial cleanser), which was previously used on the floors, with Lysol products moving forward, as an increase measure of protection.

All staff has been debriefed and educated on how to best protect themselves, coworkers and our clients following the CDC recommendations. From washing their hands, to using Clorox wipes when entering any supermarket or stores for the carts and any handles or keypads.

In addition, in an effort to minimize exposure and contamination, staff will be wearing gloves moving forward.  I will assure you as well that no one in the company if out due to feeling ill will be allowed back without a clearance letter from a Physician. We ask and expect the same of our clients, if someone in your home has been sick, has any upper respiratory issues and/or running a fever please call to reschedule until we can be sure it is not the COVID-19.  We also ask and expect that you please inform us if anyone in your home has tested positive or has a known exposure to COVID-19.

Check on your elderly neighbors by phone or email to avoid contact.  It is important that we all do our part in keeping us all safe by not being careless to help stop the spreading of the virus.  Disinfect as much as possible and stay safe and healthy.  For more information on how to protect against COVID-19, visit:  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions and/or concerns you may have. Thank you for your continued business and we look forward to help keeping you and your family safe.

Sincerely,

Sally Torres
